1:1 Sessions
1:1 Sessions are 75-minute sessions and include the identification of the target issue. Next, I'll guide you through a personalized IFS meditation for you get to know and connect with the parts of you that need to be heard and witnessed. The session concludes with processing the meditation together and making a plan for moving forward. Packages available.
Practice Groups
These practice groups are for clinicians and practitioners who have recently completed an IFS training or workshop or are otherwise integrating IFS into your practice. This process allows you to: 1) receive hands-on guidance as you lead someone through the protocol 2) be supported connecting with your own therapist parts in real time during a session.
Psychedelic Support
This IFS-Informed Preparation & Integration Package (6 sessions total) is designed to create optimal conditions for your journey and ensure you internalize the insights from your ceremony or medicine session and fully integrate the changes into your life and relationships.
