Explore your inner world through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). In this intimate, 2.5-hour workshop, we'II connect with Self energy, meet Parts through guided meditation, and participate in a live Parts "Sculpt" process.

•   Guided meditation to connect with your system
•   Group sharing & reflection
•   A live IFS Parts "Sculpt" interactive demonstration
 
Ideal for anyone curious about IFS or seeking a deeper connection with their inner world. No prior experience needed. Up to 12 participants.
