One-off 75-min IFS session
This is for someone who is already familiar with IFS and simply needs a brush-up session or who is only interested in one session for whatever reason.
If you are new to IFS, I recommend trying at least 3 sessions to get a sense of how the model can work for you and to see any progress. If you purchase 3 sessions in advance, the price drops to $200/session for 75 minutes.

Same as the one-off IFS session but discounted for those who can't afford my regular rates. I have a limited number of openings at this rate. I trust that if you choose this option it is because that is what you can afford right now. I am so grateful to teachers who have offered me discounts when I needed it. I want anyone who wants to work with me and experience the power of IFS to be able to do so!
